Return & Refund Policy

At WearLuxe, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered, subject to verification.

Customers must contact WearLuxe within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and other accessories, where applicable.

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, WearLuxe will determine whether the return or replacement is eligible.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, as applicable.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may not be eligible unless specifically approved by WearLuxe.
